• Study, design and implementation of network architectural solutions (LAN, WAN, Routing, Switching, Security, VPNs, Wireless)
  • Installations and customization of routers, switches, firewalls, intrusion prevention systems (Cisco, checkpoint).
  • Installation and management of network monitoring programs - NMS.
  • Understand and define the requirements of network security.
  • Design and implementation of cyber security designs.
  • Participate in RFP content networking.
  • Control and evaluation of solutions provided by potential suppliers.
  • Writing technical reports and documentation of network infrastructures and changes.
  • Proposals to improve the performance, capacity and scalability of network infrastructures.


Your profile

  • Bachelor of a recognized faculty in Informatics.
  • Work experience of at least one year as a Network Engineer or Security Network Engineer.
  • Satisfactory knowledge / utilization of communication protocols (TCP / IP, BGP, and OSPF).
  • Desired certifications in Cisco architectures (CCNA-CCNP, Wireless, etc.).
  • Desired experience in firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering, etc.
  • Desired familiarization with network monitoring and analysis diagnostics such as Cisco Prime, Nagios, Solarwinds.
  • Knowledge of controlled access and network security models.
  • Ability to solve complex telecommunication issues, capable of working individually and collectively.
  • Organizational skills, analytical and methodical thinking.

The Network Engineer reports to the IT Infrastructure Chief. It undertakes the design, implementation, monitoring and documentation of wired and wireless telecommunications networks characterized by security and functionality.
